Project Management Timeline - 6 Steps to a Successful Project
Step 1 – Survey
Our tailored surveys audit a building’s current energy and water efficiency and identifies actionable suggestions where savings can be made through installation of replacement and/or additional products.
Step 2 – Proposal
A proposal will provide an analysis of the audit and recommends replacement products and services that will deliver on efficiency savings and return on investment.
Step 3 – PISMA
A pre-installation meeting helps to plan and agree on aspects of the installation. The ‘Pre-Installation Site Meeting Agreement’ (PISMA) document is a guide to ensure all important details are considered. We offer this free of charge so there are no surprises, and everyone is on the same page.
Step 4 – Project Plan
The pre-installation meeting will then result in a completed PISMA document. This is sent to the client for approval along with RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement).
Step 5 – Installation
The team leader will kick off the install on day one, during which time they will conduct a health and safety induction. Regular progress reports are sent to the client as per their preference.
Step 6 – Sign Off
The sign off is conducted between the client and our team leader. All areas are inspected and signed off. Any snagging tasks are noted, and an action plan is put in place. Post sign-off, our Account Manager will check the client is satisfied with the delivery of the project, as well as discuss project aftercare.
