Radisson Blu, Edinburgh, is a member of the Carlson Rezidor hotel group. SaveMoneyCutCarbon is working with Carlson Rezidor to meet environmental commitments under their ‘Think Planet’ initiative.
The Brief
The Think Planet initiative allocates funding to individual hotels in order to invest in reducing their environmental impact.
SaveMoneyCutCarbon continue to liaise with Carlson Rezidor, and their individual hotel managers, to cut carbon and save money at the same time.
The Solution
As part of our end-to-end service, we drew up detailed proposals to explain product recommendations, initial financial outlay, and estimated return-on-investment data.
Our experienced, nationwide installation team followed up our proposals with a professional retrofit of LED lighting throughout the hotel. Soraa LED GU10s formed part of our installation with their market-leading ‘Vivid’ range.
The Vivid range has high CRI index scores which represent vibrant colours accurately. Elsewhere, in the hotel’s indoor car park, our team installed LED bulkheads and tubes to provide energy saving, consistent, and reliable lighting solutions.
