Hinckley Island is a flagship of The Hotel Collection, a grouping of 21 unique hotels, because of its quality service and conference functionality.

The Brief

SaveMoneyCutCarbon have liaised with Hinckley Island to install the latest in intelligent utility controls to make maximum savings with minimum operational input required. We are also consulting with Hinckley with a view to proposing an LED retrofit for all conference areas.

The Solution

Hinckley’s bedroom utility controls use smart sensors to track movement in the room and adjust utility settings accordingly.

The advantage of these sensors is that they run automatically, this means that nobody need adjust heating and lighting settings when the room is unoccupied in order to prevent wasting energy.

Also installed by our nationwide installation team were Hansgrohe EcoSmart showers and LED lighting in the hotel kitchen.
