Shared Savings/Capital Free
Our Shared Savings/Capital Free is a unique scheme created by SMCC Business. For some energy efficiency projects, we will fund your project in return for a share of the savings delivered.
- Following a detailed survey, we will agree with you the energy and cost savings that will be achieved each month over an agreed contract period.
- We provide support and aftercare to ensure further savings for you by removing any maintenance costs.
- We will also install our measurement technology so both parties can see the delivered savings.
- The scheme is capital free, risk free, with savings measured and delivered.
