Water scarcity affects over 2.8bn people around the world for at least one month of every year across every continent. The UN report that 2.2bn people lack access to clean drinking water across the globe and have made the availability and management of water #6 on their Sustainability Development Goals. Saving water is critical to businesses, especially if they are to achieve the ambitious targets set by the Government in reaching net zero by 2050.
At this joint event between Propelair and SaveMoneyCutCarbon we will outline the issue of water scarcity and how much is currently wasted. We’ll look at easy ways to make savings and cut your carbon footprint by changing to products which are more efficient with a particular focus on the Propelair toilet, which uses 84% less water than normal toilets, delivering huge savings on water bills.
If your organisation has identified water as a priority area to reduce your carbon footprint and associated bills then this event will be an invaluable source of information to you.
