Enjoy the delicious easy-to-grow, low-maintenance salad onions, they’ll provide a rewarding fresh crop of tasty spring onions with a strong, punchy flavour and crisp bite. Most of the plant can be eaten with little waste.
Spring onions are perfect in salads, sprinkled over stir-fries or chopped and stirred into mashed potatoes. They can also be brushed with olive oil and chargrilled whole.
Growing Information
Sow the seeds between March and July indoors. Flowering and harvest between May and October.
