The Methven Waipori Satinjet eco hand shower is perfect for all modern bathrooms with its distinctive square design.

SatinJet technology means that this hand shower has colliding twin jets producing over 300,000 droplets of water per second. All whilst still only using 9 litres per minute!

Getting your refund is easy, simply follow these easy steps:

• Box your hand shower carefully in its original packaging.
• In the space provided on your returns note, please detail the reason you’re returning your hand shower (this is very important and without it we won’t be able to issue a refund)
• You need to include a copy of your original order / delivery note in your return to help us identify the item.
• Use the free returns label provided.
• Take your return to a post office and ensure you get a dated proof of postage.
• Once we receive your hand shower, we’ll check it over and providing everything is ok you’ll receive your refund within 14 working days.

Terms and Conditions:

• Customers are entitled to a refund of the original purchase price; this does not include any cost paid for shipping.
• Returns are free for the hand shower and the return label will be included in your order.
• Uptake of this offer is on a first come first served basis.
• Our 30-day hand shower trial starts on the date of delivery and a refund can be redeemed between 1-30 days.
• Providing we have evidence that your item has been posted on or before the 30th day you’ll be eligible for a refund.
• Only one refund per SKU per customer.
• Our normal returns policy applies to all other products purchased within the order.
• The offer is only available on Methven SKU WAHSCPWHUK.
• Please ensure that when returning your hand shower to us the product is packed inside the original box and wrapped properly to avoid any damage.
• Hand showers that are returned to us in a damaged, or un-sellable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
• You need to include all of the original packaging and a copy of your original order / delivery note to help us identify the item.
• Note that the returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.
