Overview
This Grohe Foot Control Set is to be used to upgrade Grohe pull-out kitchen taps with Foot Control technology, allowing you to turn the tap on and off with a tap of your foot on the kitchen base unit.
The tap will run once you touch the sensor with your foot and will automatically shut off after 60 seconds. By having an automatic shut-off, you’ll find that you’ll be using less water as you won’t have situations where you’ve forgotten to turn that tap off whilst filling up a washing bowl.
This upgrade set allows you to add foot control to compatible Grohe products.
By adding foot control capability, you’ll be able to experience a new level of convenience. Not only is foot control convenient, it’s also far more hygienic than the conventional tap. For example, if you’ve handled raw chicken you won’t need to touch the tap to turn it on, preventing the spread of bacteria.
The touch control is powered by a battery which is included in this set. The set needs to be physically connected to the tap, and professional installation is highly recommended.
