There was a mix up over one of the items I had ordered but Hayley (The Queen of Customer Service) sorted it out and was most helpful in bringing the matter to a successful and speedy conclusion. As far as the items themselves are concerned, Hansgrohe make first class kit and the Unica D shower bar is no exception; well worth the top end price. I have now made a few purchases from Save Money Cut Carbon and have been very impressed with their performance. I would definitely recommend this company to potential customers.
