Founded by Carly and Fran who have been living plastic-free since 2017, The Beeswax Wrap Co. create, as you’d expect, Beeswax Wraps.
Made in the UK using GOTS certified cotton, pine resin, organic Jojoba oil and locally sourced beeswax, the Beeswax Wraps make a fantastic plastic-free alternative to cling film.
They also help keep your food super fresh. Bread will last a few more days and your greens and herbs will remain nice and crunchy.
Sustainability
The main benefit of Beeswax Wraps is that they help you reduce your single-use plastic by eliminating the need for cling film. Whilst cling film can realistically be used just once, Beeswax Wraps are reusable and can be refreshed every couple of months giving them a new lease of life and ensuring they last for years.
To go one step further, the wraps are biodegradable which means if you’ve gotten all the use out of them, they can be composted at home or even used as firelighters.
