Why Huski Home?
Huski Home is a small family business run by Lisa and Luke, who started to question their single-use plastic usage, after their son Leo was appointed an eco-warrior at school. They share our passion for researching new ways of reducing waste and living more sustainably.

Sustainability
Rice husks are a natural by-product in the mass production of the rice we eat. Due to the sheer volume of rice harvested throughout the world when they are not used, they are discarded. If this doesn’t happen in an ethical way, it can cause a biohazard.
Equally in the UK, we use 7 million disposable coffee cups every day, around 2.5 billion every year! 182 million of these end up on our streets and in our oceans.
