Leading magazine QA Education highlights how our school LED lighting retrofit delivers big energy savings.
QA Education, the respected publication for head teachers and education decision makers, focused on SaveMoneyCutCarbon’s work with Blessed Hugh Faringdon secondary school in Reading.
It relates how the Portsmouth Diocese school has cut lighting costs and carbon footprint by more than 57% with expected savings of more than £16,500 a year.
What’s more, the school took advantage of full Salix financing at zero interest means the project should be self-financing over seven years. SaveMoneyCutCarbon handled the entire funding application process.
SaveMoneyCutCarbon is working closely with Portsmouth Diocese to implement an energy-saving and carbon cutting strategy across its schools portfolio.
