LED technology is ideally suited to exterior lighting and as such our range of high quality ArmadilloLED exterior LEDs have been specifically designed for use across a variety of applications. LEDs are increasingly used for street lighting and car park lighting as they reach full output instantly which enables them to be switched on and off easily. Our exterior LEDs enhance energy efficiency as standard and generate a huge light performance with up to 85% savings, long life and massive maintenance savings. Our exterior LED products are already delivering >120LPW and without the need to go past 350Ma to achieve these impressive light outputs. Where quality of instant light and constant performance counts our ArmadilloLED exterior lighting provides IP65/IP67 assurance with instant light. Minimal heat provides colour options for corporate identity with no issues regarding bleaching due to excessive heat. Placement of the products also provides exciting new options without the need for additional caging or surrounds.

CAR PARK LEDs
When your parking area is reliant on instant quality light for assurance and the Health and Safety of employees and/or the public in your Car Parks and Walkways, our Car Park LEDs provide immediate illumination to light areas with renders equivalent to daylight. Lighting colour temperatures of 4100K and 5000K-5500K also provide significantly better clarity and definition for CCTV monitoring and security. Our Barracuda LED T8 Tubes and Barracuda LED T10 Tubes can be fitted in IP65 Luminaries with LED Emergency Lighting system (battery life – 3hrs) and Microwave Motions Sensor with a time delay of 5sec to 30min. (in low usage areas for even greater savings).
FLOOD LIGHT LEDs

IP65 rated and as rugged as they come, with no need for additional heat shielding when placed in public areas with these run cool options from ArmadilloLED. Corporate identity can easily be achieved through colour LEDs or filters and with no heat there is no fade. These flexible and easily mounted exterior LEDs are ideal for lighting buildings, inspection areas, delivery yards, delivery Bays or warehouses. This range is operational as standard from 85-260V or dimmable against a specified voltage.
Using the CREE XP-E Series LED technology, with superbly efficient and aesthetic thermal chassis, we offer product working >40,000hrs (L70), no ongoing maintenance headaches and a fast return on investment with energy savings >85%.
With different colour renders from 5000K Cool White, to 2700K Warm white, and selected beam angle (15/30/45/60) you can be sure that we have the right lighting product for your location.
STREET LIGHTING LEDs
Using ArmadilloLED Street Lighting can save operational charges of more than 75%. Dimmable technology also adds to the savings, to enable lighting scenes to be set throughout the hours of darkness for increased savings. Four Lens types have been developed to provide focus of light for motorways, gantry signs, streets, pathways, tunnels, car parks, martialling yards, vehicle inspection areas and everywhere a high quality of external daylight is required. With the ArmadilloLED 5 year warranty for street lights ensures safety and peace of mind comes as standard.
Applied with Unique Quadric Optics Non – Imaging Lens, Luminaire Efficiency over 90%. Adopting Non – image Optics System Design Concepts, the lens can focus almost all lights onto desired areas, from which the light utilisation rate is higher than HPS lights and other LED Street Lights from competitors. In road illumination, the rectangular light spots can perform excellent link up, from which the illumination uniformity exceeds far beyond road lighting industry standards.
GORE®Respiratory System Dust Resistance, Water resistance and Self Cleaning Ability. Utilising a market leading “respiratory device”, from GORE, this system is able to balance effectively the inner and outer pressure caused by cycle or warming and cooling of lamp body. The balance enhances our efficiency of the system with this IP65 waterproof and dust proof system, with the additional benefit of effectively further extending the lifespan of the lamp.
Radiator made of Aluminium Alloy which has the best heat conductivity applied with special packaging structure lowering thermal resistance. Every detail has been design in the system structure to achieve the best effect of heat dissipation. Primary LEDs are connected to Aluminium-based PCB for best thermal conductivity.
